秋季养生四个“最佳”

 最佳蔬菜——莲藕

“荷莲一身宝,秋藕最补人”。秋令时节,正是鲜藕应市之时。此时天气干燥,吃莲藕,起到养阴清热、润燥止渴、清心安神的作用。同时,莲藕性温,有收缩血管的功能,多吃可以补肺养血。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

最佳水果——梨

秋季空气干燥,水分较少。而秋梨鲜嫩多汁,酸甜可口,含有丰富的维生素和钙、磷、铁、碘等微量元素,被称为“天然矿泉水”。如果每天坚持食用适量的梨,能缓解秋燥、生津润肺。

最佳肉类——鸭肉

秋季是鸭子最壮肥的季节,更重要的是,鸭子凉性,具有滋阴养胃、利水消肿的功效,可防秋燥。平时易患咳嗽、感冒等呼吸道疾病的体弱人群,可在熬鸭汤时,加入山药、莲子、黄芪或西洋参。

最佳饮品——茶

橘红茶。橘红3-6克、绿茶5克。开水冲泡后放入锅内隔水蒸20分钟后服用。适用于秋天咳嗽痰多、黏、咳嗽不爽的症状。

姜苏茶。生姜、苏叶各3克,将生姜切成细丝,苏叶洗净,用开水冲泡10分钟代茶饮用,有疏风散寒、理气和胃之功。
